What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, organisation if you give one, and your message.

Optimization tool: your operation name, contact name and email, the stock and water figures you enter, the goal you choose, and the report we generate from them.

Report feedback: your email address and your message.

Technical: a hashed form of your network address, kept for two hours only to limit abuse of the forms (it is not stored with your submission), and request logs kept by Amazon Web Services for 30 days.

Why we collect it

To generate and show you the report, to reply to you, to follow up with you about FeedOptima, and to improve the reference data behind the tool in aggregate.

Where it is stored

On Amazon Web Services in the US East (N. Virginia) region. Access is limited to the FeedOptima team.

Third parties

To write the narrative sections of a report, the computed figures, species, stage and goal are sent to a language model provider, currently DeepSeek. Your name, email address and operation name are not sent.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it.
